Graduates you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our Sustainability Project Manager and CEO to deliver top-notch, market-leading client outcomes in sustainability.

You will gain experience across a wide range of sustainability and ESG projects in Australia, and around the world. You’ll have the opportunity to gain and apply critical sustainability advisory skills to challenging but impactful and fulfilling projects. You will be given opportunities to be involved in increasingly sophisticated sustainability assessments over time, advancing your knowledge and career with us. As a growing business, your responsibilities will also include helping us setup and implement the systems
we need as we continue to scale our advisory offering.

We intend to hire two people for this role (or equivalent FTE, for exceptional part-time candidates), with the aim to onboard two candidates with quite different backgrounds and experiences in sustainability.

 ThinkZero Facilitator Pool

(No longer accepting EOIs)

ThinkZero is expanding its Facilitator Pool!

We are looking for experienced and knowledgeable sustainability professionals to deliver our Capability-Building programs on a casual basis. We are searching for specialists in Climate Change, Circularity and Material Efficiency, and Nature and Biodiversity.

We need facilitators with just the right combination of:

1. Knowledge and Understanding: Depth, breadth, and relevance of experience and understanding in sustainability;

2. Presence and Personality: Professional and highly engaging presenters;

3. Leadership and Authenticity: Demonstrable intuition, relatability, and empathy while presenting.

On successful completion of our Train-the-Trainer program, our facilitators join our Facilitator Pool. Joining the Facilitator Pool does not guarantee you will be engaged to deliver workshops regularly, but we aim to share the work among the facilitators equitably.

Facilitators in our pool are engaged on a casual basis, and must have a current ABN. Our facilitators are paid AUD2,940 incl. GST each time they deliver one of our 6-hour workshops. Workshops may be delivered either in one day or over two half-days, depending on client needs. Workshops are delivered either in-person or online, across Australia. Where interstate travel is required, facilitator travel costs are covered by ThinkZero.

If this sounds like you, please complete this application and include your most recent CV. Your CV should include a short statement on which topic you feel most confident presenting - Climate Change, Nature & Biodiversity, or Circularity and Material Efficiency.

We'll get back to you as soon as we can. Accepting applications until July 29, 5:00PM AEST
