 Implementing ESG Strategy

The Implementing ESG Strategy program is a partnership between ThinkZero and Harvard Business Publishing Corporate Learning (HBP Corporate Learning) to help organisations move from strategy to outcomes. It provides both advisory and learning services in a single comprehensive program for up to 50 people per cohort.

At its core, the Implementing ESG Strategy program is built on the principle of “Lead the Change – Own the Outcome.” By combining ThinkZero’s deep sustainability advisory expertise with HBP Corporate Learning’s renowned corporate learning, we offer a structured yet engaging journey that feels like an insightful conversation. The program is designed for cohorts of senior- and mid-level decision-makers - and their teams - from the same organisation. With a maximum cohort size of 50 people, it is possible to include everyone involved in supporting ESG and sustainability work in the organisation.

No two organisations are on exactly the same ESG and sustainability journey. So no two cohorts will be the same. Participants in the Implementing ESG Strategy program will walk away with a comprehensive ESG Governance Framework, a customized Implementation Roadmap, and defined divisional plans. Moreover, each participant will undergo a Change Leadership Skills diagnostic and earn a prestigious HBP Corporate Learning certificate, underscoring their expertise and commitment to driving meaningful change.

Program Highlights

The Implementing ESG Strategy program offers great value, with significant milestones and outcomes for everyone involved - each individual attendee, sustainability teams working to mobilise and realise change, and the entire organisation itself.
